NewsHouse aims to be accurate, and to be transparent when we are not.
How to report an error
Use our contact form and choose “Correction request”. Include the article link, the statement you believe is wrong and, if possible, a source showing the correct information.
What we do
- Factual errors that affect understanding — a wrong figure, name, date or attribution — are corrected, and a Correction note at the top of the article explains what changed and when.
- Updates to developing stories are marked with an “Updated” date.
- Minor fixes such as spelling or formatting may be made without a note.
- If a story turns out to be fundamentally wrong, we say so clearly on the article rather than silently removing it.
What we do not do
We do not delete articles to hide mistakes, and we do not change content at the request of advertisers. Requests to remove accurate reporting are considered only for clear legal or safety reasons.
